The technician worked very hard on a difficult (soiled) sofa, and spent extra time working on some tough areas. The result of his work was immediately noticeable with the sofa and ottoman looking revitalized. Unfortunately, there was an issue with heavy build up of water on our wood flooring during the process of cleaning. Our concern at that point was protecting the flooring from water damage. I hope that this was a one time event for the worker as everything else was quite acceptable. Getting feedback after the fact from the owner was reassuring, and he understood that this problem would be addressed for prevention in future jobs.
Once again, regarding the specific work done on the sofa and ottoman, it was a quality job.
Vinny was great. The place was small but difficult to access and hadn’t been cleaned in a long time. I’m really glad we decided to use this company to get the carpet clean because now we can rent it as is and it will be fine. Thanks for doing a great job and having a great attitude.

Awesome work done by Lucca and Phillipe(not sure if I’m spelling their name correctly). They were in and out within an hour. Don’t be surprised though. Even though it was quick, all the stains came out. I have two dogs and one likes to lay in the same spots upstairs so it got discolored over time. The discolorations are now gone! I appreciate that they use shoe covers because we are a no shoes indoor household. Would definitely book with them again the next time we need our carpets cleaned.
