Absolutely amazing and prompt service. I created an annual account with Orkin, which provides continued service visits on pest/rodent control. Juan has come to our property several times and will not only address the situations, but will provide best solutions to eliminate future dilemmas. He then came back each week to make sure the rodent problems were under control.
This is my first time using Orkin and it won’t be my last! My husband and I were extremely impressed with Gerald, our service technician. He was very knowledgeable, professional and provided excellent customer service. He was very thorough with his inspection and patiently answered all of our questions. We appreciated all that he did to help us with our bug issue! As others have stated, there was some difficulty with the booking window we were given. But we understand that things happen throughout the day and technicians can get behind. Keeping the customer updated on arrival times would be much appreciated!
Pablo has been my Orkin technician for several years. He is amazing. He is so kind and professional and so eager to please. He truly goes above and beyond to help us control any pest issues we might have I highly recommend.
Samuel came to my house today. I have had Orkin for a couple of years now. He was the first one to help and to offer suggestions on how to close up a rather large gap that is/was rat freeway into the space under the house. He also updated me on new upcoming methods for the future. Had a pleasant experience about an unpleasant issue. Hope he will be returning for future service appointments.
