Their staff are absolutely stellar at customer / client service and satisfaction!! I most definitely recommend them to my family friends and anyone in need of an eye exam and glasses wear. They order me some “Ray-Bans (pic down below, so lightweight and comfortable love them 💗) !
This location in Mission Valley is by far one of the best experiences I’ve had with regarding my eyewear. The receptionist was very welcoming nice time. The doctor was very nice. Professional and Scarlet was very experienced. Caring took the time to explain everything to me never once that I felt that she was trying to sell me on any additional add-ons towards my glasses and I ended up very satisfied with the whole experience. I will be advertising this location like if I own stock in the company.
