I have been struggling with finding answers to some health issues for more than a year. I found great reviews about this practice and I was able to get in quickly for an appointment. The whole staff is attentive, kind, and professional. I saw NP Madeline Reid and I can’t say enough about her. It was my first visit with her and she made me feel very comfortable and she understood me. Madeline answered every question I had. She was extremely patient and informative.

I came to Dr. Li as a new patient as a referral from my long term doctor who retired. It’s important to establish trust and rapport with your care provider as they are a partner in your health. I had just completed a healthy yearly exam with my previous doctor and was only coming in to establish care, but I was having a couple symptoms and I asked for an ultrasound which Dr. Li agreed to do. I ended up needing a procedure based on the findings and that plus my labs was done in three weeks. My surgery staff was top notch and my pre and post care were excellent. I’m glad she partnered with me and listened to my experience so I could quickly get the care I needed. I would recommend Dr. Li and her practice made up of highly personal staff to anyone wanting true care collaborators in your gynecological and obstetric health.
Dr. Fan is an obstetrician and gynecologist with a strong sense of professionalism and responsibility. She has nearly 30 years of experience in the profession. Dr. Fan helped deliver our first child. I still remember that when we were choosing an obstetrician and gynecologist, I did a long online research and finally chose Dr. Fan. Not only her professional experience and educational background, but also more than 200 high reviews from patients. Facts have proved that our choice was very correct. During the first pregnancy, as new parents, we had no experience at all.I had signs of miscarriage in the early stages of pregnancy. We immediately left a message to Dr. Fan, Dr. Fan’s team arranged an emergency appointment so that we could get treatment as soon as possible. However, the signs of miscarriage also caused I have a lot of worries and anxiety throughout the pregnancy. Every time we had an appointment with Dr. Fan. she would answer our questions with her professional knowledge and rich experience, and she could also calm my anxiety like a tranquilizer, which was very helpful to us.
During this sad pregnancy, we learned during the 9-week prenatal checkup that the baby might not have developed. After completing a series of examinations, it was finally confirmed that the baby had stopped developing. While waiting for the miscarriage, Dr. Fan gave professional guidance and told us how to deal with emergencies and what indications we needed to go to the emergency room. If necessary, we might need surgery. Because I did not show signs of miscarriage until 12 weeks into my pregnancy, Dr. Fan’s team kept tracking my status over the phone, which made me feel cared for. I am now resting and adjusting after the miscarriage, and will continue to undergo relevant examinations and treatments with Dr. Fan. I hope that after the treatment and adjustment, I can hear good news in the near future.
