Oasis Renovation & New Construction

I don’t normally write reviews before work is completed. We asked for an estimate and Tom came to discuss work we wanted to get done. He was knowledgeable, patient, and kind. Even if the work we want to get done is too small for Oasis, I highly recommend Oasis if you have major renovations you want done.

Words can’t describe how much I would go out of my way to recommend Tomas and his crew at Oasis Renovation! Coming from working at one of the top interior architecture and design firms in Miami, Florida, I was looking for a contractor to renovate my main bathroom. From the very beginning, Tomas made me feel comfortable and someone that I can trust in not only completing the work but also show true dedication in all aspects of the work. I interviewed many contractors (some highly expensive, others a fraction of his estimate), but in the end, I went with Tomas as the energy between us felt synergetic.

Kenny (my project manager) and Tomas were always available at any time of the day with any concerns I had. The crew was always on time and respectful to all areas of my home. They were clean, fast, highly efficient, but never cutting corners and showing a true dedication to their trade and craftsmanship. This was a full-gut bathroom renovation utilizing the highest quality European materials and fixtures (Duravit, Keuco, Axor, Grohe, etc.), and they were able to accomplish all my requirements to bring this contemporary bathroom to fruition and up to code. Working in this industry and having worked on some of the most beautiful projects in Miami, I know what to expect from a general contractor. I will forever be grateful for having them work on this project and excited to continue renovating the rest of my home with Oasis Renovation. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to do any upgrades to their home!

I’ve been in commercial real estate for over 20 years and have managed small and large projects. I am extremely picky and know my way around a jobsite. I have had my fair share of flaky and unreliable contractor experiences but from from the moment I met Tom I knew he was the right person for my project. From the first meeting all the way to the end of the project, he was always easy to communicate with, showed up when he said he would, and his team delivered on my high expectations.
