Marco Prado is professional, detailed oriented and really talented. He came to fix part of the outside of the house and it looks perfect! We were surprised! He will do the whole house now. Worth every penny!!!
Marcos did an incredible job on our windows. He also pressure washed our balcony and matched the floor paint to the original color. My balcony looks brand new! Very professional, friendly, and reasonably priced. He was meticulous, thorough, timely, and went above and beyond to send me before and after pics. Definitely recommend to all my neighbors and friends in SD.
Marquinhos had been working at my 4 unit property for several years before he left us for San Diego. He did everything from leak detection and repair, fence mending, carpentry, flooring, great painting of my building, move-ins, move-outs, EVERYTHING that involved maintenance of the property. Always answered the bell! He will be missed!!
Marcos was amazing to work with! When we moved into our new house we had so much work that needed to be done to it. We hired Marcos to give us an extra hand and we are so happy with that decision. He helped us pressure wash our entire exterior of the house and our back deck, leaving it looking practically brand new. He also helped prepare our house to be painted and we appreciated his work so much we ended up just hiring him to paint our house as well. He did an excellent and thorough job.
