We had previously gone with a large pest/termite company. They let us down too many times so we decided to go with a small location firm. Mission had a great sales person show up to talk about their services. We started with getting our house tented and then captured the pest control also.
The tenting went very smooth. We bagged all our food and it wasn’t as bad as we thought it was going to be. The communication for the tenting was very good and we were out of the house in time for the tent install and fumigation to occur.
The pest control was good with getting rid of the ants and spiders. We have not found any critters after the treatment. We are so happy that we changed over. The communication with pest services is good with text heads up before they arrive.
Daniel very friendly and professional. Gave me where he was treating and advised when dogs could go in yard. I appreciated his work and fact he told me when he was leaving. Very nice
Mission pest control technicians are always friendly! As always they introduce themselves and let me know when they’re done. I appreciate that Brandon let me know I should change out the dog bowl water just in case and he closed the side and front gate. Even thought I already change it each time it was just thoughtful and appreciated.
We were very satisfied with the service technician, Juan. He took detailed care to knock down all the spider webs. There was a problem with bugs inside our house, Juan sprayed and put in 2 bug traps. He really knew the business.

I can’t say enough good things about Eric S. from Mission Pest Control! As a true “rat scientist,” they went above and beyond in identifying and solving our rodent issue. Their knowledge of rodent behavior, entry points, and the best prevention methods was impressive. They took the time to explain everything in detail, set up an effective plan, and ensured we were comfortable with the process.
Not only were they professional and thorough, but they were also friendly and genuinely cared about making sure the problem was solved for good. If you’re dealing with a rodent issue, I highly recommend Mission Pest Control and especially Eric. They’re the real deal!
