Loved it! Food was fresh and delicious. Stuffed mushrooms were amazing! Create your own pasta was great option. Service was really good from the start to the end. Recommend!
Despite visiting the restaurant on Valentine’s day with no reservation my family and I were able to get seated and everyone from the front hostess to our waitress were very kind and helpful with any request we had. The food I ordered was absolutely delicious and I would order it again without a doubt. The tomatoes in the Chicken Parmigiana were full of flavor and the chicken had the perfect amount of crisp to it without being dry at all. Everything was fantastic in my opinion and I would recommend family and friends here anytime they visit San Diego.
Great spot for some traditional Italian food. Very fresh and delicious and loved the ambiance in the restaurant. You can sit outside or inside and it is not loud or noisy. Quite an enjoyable dinner. It also helped we were eating with our son who lives there!!! Calamari was great and so was the chicken parm!!
The restaurant boasts a charming atmosphere with a strong Italian theme, complemented by the San Diego flair. The service was efficient and professional. However, the food itself fell short of expectations.
We tried both the Pizza Margarita and a pasta dish, and both were rather average. The overwhelming presence of the red sauce overpowered any other flavors or seasonings. While some might enjoy a bold tomato sauce, it ended up masking the other ingredients.
If you’re looking for a lively Italian atmosphere with prompt service, go for it could be a good option. However, if you prioritize exciting and flavorful food, you might want to consider exploring other restaurants.
Visited this place since it had convenient seatings and in the heart of little Italy. The service was not very attentive, forgot about our order. The food was a bit too salty, my friends also didn’t like the food they ordered. Italian cream sida was good!
