Mexi Maids Cleaning

Mexi Maids has been the most reliable, professional, detail-oriented cleaning service I have worked with. And the company owners are just so kind. I had gone through 4-5 cleaners for my 2-bedroom apartment in a span of 2 years prior to finding Mexi Maids because I am admittedly quite particular. The others I had worked with had either been very slow, have cut corners (particularly when I’m not in need of a deep clean and they think I won’t notice subtle touchups, or lack thereof), or have been unreliable. I was reluctant to try Mexi Maids because I prefer to have a single person or 2 who are familiar with my home and my preferences, but I gave Mexi Maids a try and am very thankful I did. They worked with me to provide continuity in the professionals who provide my cleaning (and we are already learning each other more with each service), they ensure that I am satisfied with the service before they leave, and they have suggested/offered cleaning of certain areas that I hadn’t thought to include. Furthermore, they follow up with me to check in if I am in need of service after some time (which I’m sure they would not do if they got any sense that I did not want reminders). Clearly, you could say it benefits them to be able to maintain their business, but I appreciate it because I have such a busy schedule that going out of my way to schedule life maintenance can easily get away from me, and the reminders are greatly appreciated as they reduce my mental load. I’m very impressed with their professionalism, and as I mentioned, they are also just so kind. I will admit that the price is a little more than what I’ve paid in past, but the difference in quality must be worth it because I am not interested in taking a chance on a new cleaning service. Plus, with regular service, there are some cost saving that they offer. Highly recommend!

Mexi maids were able to accommodate us on a very short notice and provided excellent communication leading up to our move-out cleaning. They did an awesome job in a short amount of time, leaving our rental looking better than the day we moved into it. We’ll be utilizing them in the future for quarterly cleans of our new property, and would definitely recommend reaching out to them for any of your cleaning needs!
