I recently had a 90-minute deep tissue and myofascial release massage with Kat, and I couldn’t be happier. Kat made me feel comfortable, not rushed, and displayed friendliness, professionalism, and a deep understanding of her field. She worked on areas like plantar fasciitis, tight upper back, shoulders, chest, calves, and arms (tennis elbow). Her technique was spot on—she knew exactly where my trigger points / knots were and applied just the right amount of pressure to work them out without causing my muscles to tighten later, as I’ve experienced elsewhere.

I immediately felt looser, more mobile, and made noticeable progress after the session. The ambiance was clean and relaxing, just what I needed after a hectic week. The music added a calming touch without being overpowering.

Booking with Kat was easy, and she maintained great communication throughout. I’ve already scheduled my next session and highly recommend her for anyone looking for an expert who truly understands the body and provides long-lasting results.
