Maid 2 Clean San Diego

I hired Maid 2 Clean for a deep cleaning service. The first cleaner they sent did a very mediocre superficial cleaning that almost looked like nobody cleaned at all. It was very frustrating to see no results at all given the fee but the company kindly sent a second cleaner to correct the job. The second cleaner was Myra and her team and they did an outstanding job of deep cleaning. It was beyond a correcting job; it was what deep cleaning actually should look like. They did everything the first person was supposed to have done and beyond. Myra and her team are very efficient, professional, kind and reliable. Their attention to detail is outstanding. I highly recommend Myra and her team and will definitely book the service again if Myra is available

The company was very nice and polite, I needed a cleaner same day because a different company cancelled on me and they were able to find someone. I ordered a move in deep clean. Frank and his wife did my initial cleaning. They did a good job on the bathrooms and wood floors and counters. However the window rails were still a bit dusty, and the tile floor was still very dirty. They said they weren’t told to do the windows even though I paid extra for those so they missed that and some of the kitchen drawers and missed the freezer completely. So they came back to do more and the tile floor was still dirty and drawers and freezer still not done. Sounds like a lot of miscommunication with the cleaners and the company because they seemed confused on what needed to be done even though I sent pictures to the company who assured me they told them. I was frustrated because now we needed to move in as is. They sent another lady Juanita to finish up the correction clean after moving in, she was very sweet and was able to finish up anything incomplete. The company handled it well but for a $500 deep clean service I don’t think there should have been so many hiccups, confusion, or things left dirty. I would say this was more of a standard clean considering the condition after cleaning
