Mike and his team came out on Friday, September 13th to perform a new system install. Overall, the experience was great. The team was very professional, clean and always patient to answer any questions I had. The new system works well and we would gladly go back to Loyal Blue in the future.
Air ASAP is an awesome company! I have had them before the pandemic. During and after the pandemic I forgot to do the cleaning until now. I’m glad they called me for the following up after so many years since last visit. Roger and his team spent a great time (more than 3 hours) today. They carefully checked both A/C units, vacuumed all 23 vents, sanitized all the grids. Especially cleaned the dryer vent which was the most important area (refer the picture below). Thank you for your wonderful work! See you in two years.
The entire crew who came to my home were nice and thorough in their assessment. It was time to replace the AC and we are happy with our decision. Reasonable price tag. We will always use Air ASAP.

Mark and his team were wonderful – professional and friendly. They noticed a gas leak while checking the furnace and gave good advice about next steps, so we’re thankful for that. David and Eddie came to help with the job and kindly did a bonus dryer vent check for me on their way out. It’s nice to know that we’re going into fall with clean vents!
