Very happy with our choice to use Local San Diego Painting to paint all exterior windows, doors, trim and all interior surfaces in our home in North Park. The work also included refinishing several sets of wood doors.
The process was seamless from start to finish. They even worked with us to ensure that we could get back into our home during the first weekend of a 2 week job because we had a big trip coming up. The work was very high quality and we would definitely work with them again.
We worked with Wayne and Julio on this job. Julio was the foreman and his crew was excellent! Top notch.
Have zero hesitation about hiring this company. I am picky, I am a pain in the butt, and they did a BIG job for us including our kitchen cabinets (I was the most paranoid about these given horror stories I heard … the island alone had to go from fire engine red to crisp white!) our entire 3,000 square foot house, and our separate garage, all of which had been a little beat down by previous owners. First of all, the cabinets, even 4 years later, look incredible (I’m still in awe about this quite honestly), the wall paint looks fantastic, and their quote was fair, and they kept to their promised timeline. We’ve had them back twice since to paint my daughter’s room, and once again, fantastic job, fair price, great service. Chad is the owner and a great guy, and really cares about his customers. So like I said, do not hesitate to hire this awesome team! You won’t regret it.
Very pleased with our decision to use Local San Diego Painting. Price was reasonable and communication from start to finish was great. We had the exterior of our house painted. They power washed and primed, then painted. George was the on site supervisor, was attentive and kept us apprised of the daily progress. He and his crew arrived promptly every morning to begin the job. At the end of the day every thing was clean and put away. Project began and ended on time as promised. We will definitely use Local SD painting again.
This company used to be reliable but sadly, they are no longer. If you are someone that values your money and actually expects quality work- do not use them. They ruined my brand new home leaving me with thousands of dollars in damages. We had paint all over our brand new doors, drips all over, paint on expensive fixtures.
Everything was someone else’s fault, meanwhile, it was only his fault as he is the owner and this was his work.
I can’t say enough positive things about this company. Our experience having the exterior of our 1936 home was exceptional from start to finish. The owner, Chad, is a great communicator, personable, responsive, and extremely knowledgeable. Although the bid was higher than others, Chad knew to be done right, the prep work was going to be extensive. The whole house was scraped, power washed and primed, then painted, leaving an outstanding finished product. Keith, the project manager was a pleasure to work with. He came by daily to make sure the job was on track and kept us informed every step of the way, plus he’s just a really nice guy. The lead painter, Omar, is a man of few words but really knows his trade. He is a skilled artisan who has perfected his craft. All the crew arrived on time, were respectful of the property and cleaned up daily. If you’re looking for a quality paint job, don’t hesitate to use Local S.D. Painting. They are unequivocally the best!
