The water dispenser on my Kitchen Aide refrigerator went on the fritz. Thomas was dispatched and upon examination determined that he had to order the appropriate replacement part. It took a couple of days but ultimately he returned and successfully completed the repair.
Thomas came well recommended from a friend that sells appliances. And he did not disappoint! Had a dryer problem at my rental. He engaged wonderfully with the tenant, scheduled the visit, and completed the repair with zero impact on them. All I had to do was pay when completed! Very happy to have Life-Long on my speed dial for all my rental appliance repairs!
