They were always late when they came, sometimes even at 6pm, also we usually schedule it for beginning of the week and they would no show on the day scheduled, and towards the end of the week they just show up out of nowhere. In the last month, They rescheduled/canceled 3 weeks in a row and when they finally came they left and said the reason was because the grass was too long and they couldn’t do it since they would have to charge a long grass fee of $150. The only reason it’s long is BECAUSE THEY KEPT CANCELING ON US! even when we called the center to schedule it ourselves for 04/12, they said it’s all set, and 3 hours later we got a notification that it’s been rescheduled for more than 10 days out! We called again and requested to change provider and this morning they came and apparently knocked on the door, but we didn’t hear it so my husband called me while he’s at work saying someone is at the door for the grass and I went straight to the door, they were already gone, it’s less than 10 minutes… It has always been even when we were not home they would cut our grass through the gate access to the backyard. So we contacted them again and they said it could take hours to reach the contractor and unsure if we can get it done today. We are really frustrated and irritated with how irresponsible and procreating they are. Do not recommend!

Lawn Starter is horrible. They assigned a crew to my house and they never showed up. A second crew was assigned and they only cut the front yard and then they canceled the next two visits. I called their customer service and they said they would send a third crew out the next day and they never showed up. This occured in Rohnert Park, Ca

Literally it’s one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had. No direct to contractor. Can’t cancel the service without going through many steps and talking with someone. Had new sod in back yard and contractor went in there and mowed it anyway
