Wow, what a great experience with La Jolla Carpet Care, I wish I could give them a 6 star review! First off, let me start by saying I had contacted five or six other cleaning companies in addition to La Jolla Carpet Care for my upholstery cleaning needs. From start to finish, La Jolla Carpet Care made it so easy to get a quote and book an appointment (I spoke directly with the owner, Raike). Not only was he extremely transparent about pricing and his availability but the process was so quick to book an appointment. This was a stark contrast from all the other upholstery cleaning companies I had reached out to: they either didn’t even answer me, or were extremely rude over the phone, and it really left a bad taste in my mouth. Raike was truly a breath of fresh air because I needed my furniture cleaned ASAP. I got an email confirmation for my appointment immediately too which was great. I needed a large sectional couch (plus its ottoman), 4 dining chair cushions and a separate storage ottoman deep cleaned. Raike showed up exactly at the time he quoted and was so professional. The cleaning was very thorough and detailed, he answered all my questions and explained what to expect in terms of drying and post-cleaning. I think the amount of items I needed to be cleaned was maybe on the smaller size “job” for them but it sounds like they definitely have the ability to do larger scale jobs or satisfy commercial cleaning needs. I am so happy I found this gem. I would recommend La Jolla Carpet Care to absolutely everyone.
