This place serves the most amazing and fresh bowls. I had a traditional açaí bowl and added almond butter (which was incredible). She was upfront before I ordered that it would be about a 20 minute wait – she was in the middle of actively chopping fresh fruit. I went ahead and placed my order, went for a walk along the bay, and came back to the most beautiful and delicious bowl I’ve had in a while. Knowing how awesome it is I wouldn’t hesitate to wait that long or even longer for my order! I walked back to our place and ate it while watching the waves. Perfect day and perfect lunch! Unfortunately, they are only open on the weekends during the off season so I can’t have another one before we leave. Next time though!!
Best acai and dragon fruit bowl in San Diego! The fruit and ingredients were so juicy and fresh! It reminded me of being in Bali! The founder was the lady making my bowl and i could tell she really cares about her work. It was lovely to get a fresh healthy meal and then walk to the beach and enjoy it
Literally so incredible. We are not from San Diego but found this place on our last trip 2 years ago and loved it. I’ve been thinking that açaí bowl ever since and so for our trip this past week we purposely stayed somewhere close to here😂 we got bowls 4 times in the week we were in San Diego, if that tells you anything. The owner is so nice as well. Highly highly recommend!!
It took way too long for a single açaí bowl. After ordering they spent 30 minutes doing prep work (refilling half full honey, cutting strawberries, etc. before even starting on the large stack of orders. They had absolutely no speed in their work. It was a waste of time.
What a wonderful place. You can smell the inhouse bake granola from the street. The constant crowd arriving to purchase their beautifully crafted Acai berry bowls were to die for. The three ladies working away were super friendly to all the customers i saw ordering from the exstensive menu. They sell delicious cold pressed juices to farm fresh eggs. If you find yourself in the Mission Beach area and are craving a smoothie, fresh pressed juices, and Acai smoothie bowls, this is the place. One can tell by the presentation of food, quality, and outstanding service that the owner cares for their food and customer. By far one of the most pleasant experiences food wise I have had in quite some time.
