I was working in my garage last night and when I got finished my garage door wouldn’t close. I checked some reviews locally for a garage door repair person and John’s garage door service head $665 ratings so I called them. Within an hour and a half Chris was here to determine the problem with my garage door opener. It’s an old school screwdrive which they don’t even make anymore so I decided to get a new Chamberlain belt drive. In about an hour and 15 minutes My old garage door opener was gone and my brand new one was installed and working perfectly. It’s super quiet compared to our old one. The tech was Chris very professional very personable and willing to answer any and all questions I might have I highly recommend John’s and if you can get Chris he’s a good man.

I was very happy with their service. A technician was able to come out right away. He arrived on time, on the early side of the small window of time he gave. He recognized the problem with my garage door right away and gave me 2 upfront price options. I went with the cheaper and he did not try to pressure me into the more expensive one. He worked quickly. He was clean and tidy and professional. He even went above and beyond and figured out why our garage light hasn’t worked in 6 years and fixed that too. I am a very happy customer.

He was very friendly and professional. The job was completed in a timely manner, and he verified everything was operating correctly. I will definitely be recommending their services to my friends, neighbors and colleagues. I had watched a few YouTube videos on installation and decided it would be better to let the pros handle the job, and I am glad I did!
Chris came on time on a Sunday with a big smile and answered all our questions. Our garage door was pretty old so we ended opting for a new door. He guided us through the process of selecting the best door for us with grace and humor. He was knowledgeable and I trusted him because listened and did not try to up sell us. I understood the options and prices very well before I decided. He even helped my boyfriend and I come to agreement on the quality and style to choose! Ha ha!
