Jesus P and Samuel B are two of the most professional technicians i have ever dealt with. They installed a 50 gal water heater in a very timely manner, their work is absolutely awesome. My water new water heater is now working at its best. Heating up cold water in no time in this cold weather. I really appreciate these two for their jolly and friendly yet very professional and knowledgeable attitudes. Oliver and Omar’s service, work ethic, professionalism, and timeliness were beyond what I expected. From the very start with this company I was pleased. Excellent pricing, fast availability and gave me step by step process along the way. No change orders and they were spot on with their assessment. This was a difficult job and nothing but smiles from these guys. Moving forward, I will only use John Padilla plumbing and hope for Oliver and Omar again. Thank you guys!! Top notch professionals!!!
We had a running toilet. Our plumber, Lendale, diagnosed the issue quickly and suggested a complete replacement since it would cost around the same as replacing all the internal parts. He came back the next day and even picked up the toilet for us from Home Depot. He completed the install in an hour despite some issues with the previous seal. He is also gave us honest advice on fixing our other toilets in our home. I will 100% call Padilla Plumbing again and ask for Lendale.
Just had our bath faucet replaced in our rental. Not only did our dog Kikyo absolutely love them, they were dog people for sure (total bonus). Diagnosed the problem, fixed the issue, and kept us in the loop the whole time. Set down a tarp to keep my carpet clean, our last plumber did not do this and they also cleaned up my bathroom. Truly appreciated these servicemen! Highly recommend

Awesome service! Our technician, Lendale, arrived on time and quickly assessed the problem under the kitchen sink, which was leaking badly. He provided a reasonable quote for a new disposal and replaced it in the same visit. Lendale is a highly capable & professional plumber, and we appreciated his service today. There was excellent communication with the home office to set up the appointment both by email, text and a phone call the morning of the appointment. A+
