Jaunt Coffee is a great find in an unexpected spot. It’s located in a warehouse strip mall which was interesting. Inside, it’s cozy and welcoming, and they have a nice outdoor seating area too. It’s perfect if you want to bring your dog and enjoy some fresh air while having coffee. The coffee is really good, and the place has a relaxed, friendly feel. Just be aware that parking is limited, and we had to circle around a bit to find a spot. Definitely worth checking out if you’re in San Diego!
Today was my first visit here, and I’m so glad I came! Hannah, the sweetest young lady, took my order with a big smile. I went for the Caramel Black Salt Latte, and let me tell you, it did not disappoint (I couldn’t resist taking a sip before snapping a pic!). Coffee was on point! My cortado was strong and creamy. It was delicious!
Honestly it took me waaaaaay too long to decide what I was going to order. Everything sounded so good. There were so many holiday drinks to choose from as well.
They also have pastries, empanadas and burritos. My friend got a pastry and really liked it.
We came when they were really busy. The line was to the door, but even though it took a while to put your order in, the service was wonderful. I’d not hesitate to come back again, especially because I need to try all the other stuff on the menu.

Super cute hidden gem. From the moment we got our food and sat down. The line and the crowd just did not stop for a Saturday morning. I love the beef empanada and my Hazelnut Vanilla Latte. It is so pretty with the latte art that I didn’t even want to drink it. The only empanada that I won’t recommend is the ham and cheese, it looks very hollow in there compared to the beef one.
A favorite. Sadly, it’s not one that I visit very often as it’s not within my normal stomping grounds. Love the simple, clean, inviting layout and decor. They get crazy busy, but the staff is quick at filling orders and they remain friendly throughout the rush. Ordered their spiced cold brew, lavender latte and matcha. The cold brew was strong, but not bitter. The latte didn’t taste like soap which sometimes happens with lavender flavoring. The matcha was good quality and didn’t taste like dirt. All the drinks were just balanced. Paid $22 for everything which I think is reasonable.
