Don’t call the other guys!!!! Not only is Jake responsive but he is timely. He responded to me right away and then was servicing my hot tub the next day. I was so impressed that he took the time to talk to me about my situation and was upfront about the items that he can support and what he would be referring/outsourcing as far as repairs go. He was honest, candid and knowledgeable. I just asked him to do regular maintenance and am switching to him after an unfortunate incident with my last person. Thank you Jake! Look at my before and after photos. Again, he’s a miracle worker!
I have had the privilege of knowing Jake for 3 years. He has provided 5* service twice per month by insuring my salt water spa is operating perfectly! Jake goes above and beyond by removing the panel and checking the intricate hardware that is the brain of the spa. My partner and I trust Jake to perform the services when we are not home. Lastly Jake is very generous with his time and today he spent over 1 hour on a repair while communicating with the service person from whom we purchased the Jacuzzi.
Jake has been taking care of my Spa and father-in-law’s pool/Spa for over a year. They are clean and work we we need them. He has communicated a issue and options to get it fixed. He fixed the problem and everything is back to fun in the sun. We highly recommend him.

Jake provides superior service keeping my hot tub sparkling clean and clear. I’ve had other service providers that left my hot tub over chlorinated leaving my skin irritated causing me to drain my tub way to often causing inflated water bills. I highly recommend Jake!
