AVOID Imperial Carpet Cleaning San Diego at all costs! I hired them to clean my carpets, but they damaged my flooring instead. The technician used too much water, and now my hardwood floors are warped and damaged. When I contacted them about the issue, they denied any responsibility and refused to fix the problem. The customer service is also unresponsive and unhelpful. I’m extremely disappointed and would not recommend Imperial Carpet Cleaning San Diego to anyone.
The staff was efficient and detailed. The job was economically priced. Uriel and his associate cleaned 3 bedrooms and a loft in 90 minutes! The carpet looks like new and it’s 12 years old. I will definitely use them again.
My technician was Uriel, very polite and respectful. He did an excellent job! The technician showed up on time and completed the job for the agreed upon price. He cleaned my stairs and a large area rug and it looks great. I would use their services again based on his performance.
