What a great experience from beginning to end. Getting a time slot for my MRI was much faster than San Diego Imaging. The staff at this place are great. The technician Jessica even told me after my Shoulder MRI that she could do my cervical MRI right away, even though I was due to come back on the Tuesday so that was super helpful. Very grateful to not have to return the following week.
I had an ultrasound at this location earlier this week and the entire experience was wonderful! From the quick and easy check in before the appointment, to the kind receptionists, but it was the ultrasound technician who made this such a pleasant experience. She was great at her job, and she was so kind and charismatic, which is perfect while the patient has to take many deep breaths and hold. The procedure took around 20 minutes, but it was over in a flash because our conversation and her stories were so entertaining. I didn’t hear her name at the beginning so I’m sorry I can’t give it for this review, but maybe you guys can figure it out with my name and appointment time, and hopefully give her a well deserved raise or bonus, because she is excellent at her job.
The staff was very courteous and friendly. Made me feel comfortable, and was a clean and nicely decorated office for the current holiday. Easy check-in through my phone, and they also have mounted tablets for those who need to do it onsite. I was very happy with this location!
They went above and beyond for me. I was scheduled for two MRIs this week on separate days. They accommodated my request to have both performed on the same day when I arrived for my appointment and squeezed in two scans. Very appreciate of their extra effort
I had a very good experience at the Imaging Healthcare Facility in National City, everyone was very nice and polite I was there for my MRI and everything was explained clearly for my MRI and everything went very smooth.
