I was so nervous for my appointment! Easy check-in if you’re familiar with your cell phone. Clear instructions to waiting area. My technician was incredible! She was patient, kind, and understanding! I regret that I don’t remember her or else I would be giving her a shout out. Many thanks!
I had a very good experience at the IHS Hillcrest, San Diego location. Ample parking with security guard on duty. Streamlined check in service. Friendly efficient radiology staff. Clean facility. Was in and out within 20 minutes.
Incredibly poor scheduling software – I scheduled an appointment but then someone else took that slot as I was entering in my information and it didn’t notify me and made it seem as if I had that appointment slot scheduled. I showed up and had to wait 2 hours. Call to confirm
The people at thus location Re professional and nice. They have streamlined rhe check in process. You can have no touch at the self help kiosk or trading at the window check in. I woukd recommend doing the pre-registration. It saves time. Everytimebi have gone here they have gotten me in either before my appointment time or earlier. Nice people. Keep up the great work.
I like this radiology place, but now I think they are going over. You have text that you are there, then wait in your car until you get text to go in, and you still have to wait to be called. What’s the point of that.
