My A.C. went out Saturday night so I thought it would be nearly impossible to get someone out here on a Sunday morning to get checked out. I take care of my 90 yr old grandmother so it was urgent that we’d have it fixed right away. Sunday morning we get in contact with Francisco. He was here within half an hour on a SUNDAY. This man went above and beyond! Very informative and made us feel like we were in good hands. He had us up and running within the hour. Our home is cool and my grandmother is safe. Thank you sir Without you I don’t know what we would have done. And it was VERY affordable! They really took great care of us.. Thank you HVAC San Diego King!! I will be calling you for all of our home service needs.
The entire process went smoothly. I was able to get an appointment quickly and was made to feel 100% confident in the work recommended. Finally stopped working. I thought that we would have to wait until at least the next day or a few days for an appointment, but that was a pleasant surprise! I called to leave a message and actually got a call back at 7:45pm. Technician arrived promptly at 8:45pm as expected. He quickly diagnosed a significant clog and cleared it up. Very pleasant and professional! Extremely happy with the service!! Thanks guys!!(
ON TIME – EXPERIENCED – CLEAN – FRIENDLY! The staff is excellent. Scheduling and technicians were all top notch. My system works great now! The repair was very affordable and the staff was very accommodating to my needs and my schedule. Great experience from start to finish. The best in San Diego.
The service was phenomenal! HVAC San Diego King was very professional and helpful. From beginning to end, we felt that he was looking out to make sure we had the best service as well as the best system. Sammy was able to break down to us exactly what was the issue, and our options as to how to fix it. We’ve had other companies look at the System before who did not even look at the right issue or access the right problems. However this is was not the case. I highly recommend this company , especially HSK. THANK YOU!!!
