Excellent staff and service professional, knowledgeable and on time. We love our electric retractable California room screen. Excellent quality, I feel confident our cats our safe from gettin out when it’s down. Although, I would never leave them unattended.The retractable doors screens are also a great product, it’s nice to be able to have air flow. I wouldn’t then recommend them for pets or children.
We were interested in motorized screens to protect our covered patio area against sun and wind. Christian came by to explain how they work and to take the measurements. After about 2 weeks, Adrian and his crew brought and installed the screens and the next business day the electrician did the electrical work. We are very happy with the result. An excellent product and a job well done.

The company did a fine job of sales and installation. The sales rep, Memo, also worked on the install. What I liked about that is if there is an error, he will know about it. It makes sales accountable to the manufacturing floor and in how the order was completed.

I purchased my screens many years ago and the company consistently stays in touch and makes service and tune ups available. Today we had our screens serviced and one rescreened. The technician did an amazing job and was very professional and personable. I highly recommend this company.
