Halcyon exceeded my expectations. Not only is the product they deliver top-tier, they have options to meet everyone’s needs and outfitted my security system to my specific needs. After using a WI-FI based camera system for years, it was time to upgrade to a POE NVR system and I’m glad I went with Halcyon. I am a big believer of you get what you pay for and in this case I definitely got my money’s worth. The installers were very professional, knowledgeable and did a very CLEAN and efficient set up. 10/10 would recommend.

They were great! We got three quotes and they were in the middle but had the best cameras and equipment as well as gave us the most information in the email with the quote. Serg was a little stiff when he came over but then I remembered he’s a tech guy and I liked him better than the other two salesmen from the other companies who came over. The two installers, Grits and Richard, were amazing as well and walked us through everything on our phones after the setup. We’ve had three other camera systems with our past homes and we really like to set-up of the app that this company uses. Serg was so responsive when we had questions the week after they left. I’ll be referring them to my peeps.
Just had a 5 camera CCTV system installed at our home. Great experience from start to finish. Got three different bids and Halcyon was offering the best technology at a very fair price. Provided various upgrade options and I ended up with an education in the latest CCTV technology and found exactly what I was looking for. The installation was very clean and you could see that the team was looking for good ascetics and doing things the right way. Very impressed, would definitely recommend them.
