Serg and the team were super patient with us. We wanted to install security cameras at a location with no previous internet service. Having no internet was a great issue and the internet providers gave us a hard time due to our address. We were near downtown, but had so many small hiccups when it came to installing internet. Serg gave us good solutions on how to deal with our internet issues and they installed the cameras exactly where and how we wanted. They are more on the steeper side when it comes to rates, but they are knowledgeable professionals who took great care of us, so we chose them out of the 3 quotes. These guys are great and knowledgeable. We highly recommend!

Halcyon did a great job installing our home alarm security system and it’s very easy to use. Had an issue with initial install of the home alarm system, but they quickly corrected the issue, actually I did something wrong using the app.

Halcyon installed my business alarm security system , the process from the beginning have been harmful and easy. Tom is very technical and explain to use very simple what exactly going to be installed and how to use the alarm system when opening and closing the business.

The installation process was great! They explained the security alarm well and how to use it. I loved how the installer explained the difference of our security alarm and monitoring options and was not pushy about selling it to us. The remote control app on my phone works great and is very easy to understand I’m now able to know when I forgot my garage door open and close it from my phone all that with lower monthly cost I used to pay ADT until now
