Andrea is a fantastic dietitian and overall person! She can help you understand the complicated details of nutrition and athletic performance as well as keep you excited about the process. Andrea has helped me transition to a vegetarian diet, grow muscle, and understand how I can eat more and work out less and still reach my goals! She teaches me how to work smart and not harder and with her help I am a much healthier person. I highly recommend Andrea.

As a physician, I was surprised to learn that not many dietitians have been able to make it into an internship, let alone one at Harvard. This one is the genuine article. I’ve been working with Andrea for over a year and she has revolutionized how I eat and feel. I’m more fit than I’ve been in the past decade because of her. She is always up-to-date with the literature. Most importantly, she’s great at putting people at ease.
