After a main water leak forced us to dig up our yard, we needed a reliable company to help restore our turf. Our original installation was done over a decade ago by a different company, so we reached out to them and several other contractors. Green Turf Pro stood out from the beginning, being incredibly responsive and coming out the very next day. Their bid was detailed and priced very fairly, but what impressed us most was their professionalism and quick response. Angie and Lou were awesome.
This was a repair and reconstruction job with a few modifications, and they made the yard look brand new—even reusing much of the existing material. The results are flawless, and we’re thrilled with how everything turned out. I can’t say enough good things about Green Turf Pro and their team. Highly recommend!
Highly recommend – Very positive experience from first contact to execution and follow up. The crew was on time and very efficient in their work. Love this is a one stop company, my project included plant and concrete removal, paver and artificial turf installation and some concrete bases for my decorative panels. All of this for a price nobody could touch, all while Turf Pro was happy to even work on this smaller cost project when competitors wouldn’t even come out under $20K.
Green Turf Pro definitely earns their 5 star reputation. From the customer service in scheduling our estimate to accommodating my schedule challenges, they were great. When the sales rep Angel came out to bid our project, he wasn’t pushy and he was informative. He gave us a few options to choose from that can accommodate many different budgets. The install crew came out on time and did an amazing job on our yard. We couldn’t be happier. We were also pleasantly surprised to meet the owner Luis who personally came out twice to make sure the work was being done right. I was impressed. It’s not often you see an owner come out to job sites unless there is a problem. All in all. We are ver happy with Green Turf Pro and highly recommend their work.
It’s been a year since I had Lou and his crew at Green Turf Pro come out and transform our back yard. Lou came out to my home the same day I called in for an estimate and gave me an outstanding presentation of the different turf options. We picked the Coronado Premium and let me tell you, the extra money you pay for this turf is worth every penny. Once Lou gave me a great deal we had work begin in our home the following week. It took them one week from start to finish to complete 3,000 square feet. The crew was very professional at all times. The picture honestly don’t do the work any justice. Just in one year we have made so many memories and can honestly say it was the best decision and investment we could have possibly made.
