I’ve recently had them do a garage door / opener overhaul for my daughters new home and it came out correct the first time. Megan in the office is very friendly and easy to talk to. Great Job. I called for assistance to fix my garage door that would not open around 12:15 PM. This company was able to get a technician out within 5 hours. The technician- Doug – called to say he was on his way. I then received a link so I could track his arrival. Once here he quickly diagnosed the problem and gave me options for repair and parts replacement. Doug was very professional and we are so happy with the end result. He was even careful to wipe down any finger prints. I highly recommend this company and if you get Doug that’s a bonus!!!
Service was excellent. From the first contact on my initial phone call to set the appointment to the actual service everything was five stars. Needed to have the weather seal at the bottom of the garage door replaced. Chris was the technician. He was just a great guy, very professional and informative.
