His professionalism really stood out, he made sure we understood the installation, and even gave us tips on how to keep the system running efficiently. The new unit is quiet, powerful, and our home has never felt more comfortable.
This company did a good job listening to my preferences and even suggested mounting the outdoor unit off the ground, which I like. I asked for the interior unit to be centered along the wall but it ended up about 2 inches to the right of center without explanation. Service was fast and quite a bit less expensive than the competitors I researched. Unit cools and heats very well for my small space.
My heat pump system, which is just three years old and was set up by a different provider, has caused me continuous issues. It was difficult to find someone for repairs. This company has truly been a lifeline! They arrived promptly and identified the issue on the first visit. When components were necessary, they quickly ordered them and installed everything as soon as it arrived, which was only a matter of days! The repair staff were skilled, professional, and very respectful. I truly regret not choosing this company for the installation. Had I done so, I’m certain I wouldn’t have experienced the troubles I’ve faced! I GIVE THEM MY HIGHEST RECOMMENDATION!
