I had technician Chris do a line extension to my mini split system and also add a direct electrical line to my breaker. Friars plumbing heating & air did a fantastic job breaking down how the previous technician from another company did wrong. Chris answered every question I had and that’s was very important to me to erase any fear of doubt that I had. Once they were don’t they went over and made sure I knew exactly what they did before the left. This will be my new AC company moving forward for my 3 business and also home units! Thank you to the owner as well for being very helpful throughout the whole process! God bless
The company texted me the day before arrival which was good because i forgot abiut them. The technician texted before he arrived to alert me. It was well within the window. He was knowledgeable about the equipment and everything I asked.
I would highly recommend this company and each person I have met or spoken with on the phone.
