Very pleased with Dr Tsai and his team. He performed an endoscopy and a sigmoidoscopy, and advised me regarding overall prevention of issues and care. I rejected anesthesia for the sigmoidoscopy and watched the entire procedure on his big screen. His office is well run with good follow-up.
Dr. Tsai is amazing. He diagnosed an issue I had been dealing with for over 10 years in one appointment. He also is just a genuinely nice person. He responds incredibly quickly to emails and messages…. he must never stop working! I’ve never written a Google Review before, but I wanted to find a way to both say thanks to and recommend such a truly exceptional doctor.
Dr Tsai is fantastic. I’ve been in constant pain for years, and none of the treatments/procedures that the other GI’s I’ve seen did much to help. He was able to figure out the real problem I’ve been having in one appointment, and the treatment is actually working! His bedside manner was both pleasant and professional.
I don’t write many reviews but this one is from the heart. I have medical issues that are being treated at Scripps, and my Internist said I needed to see a G.I doctor, and I am so happy I met Dr. Tsai. I am 63 years old and in my many years I have not had a more kind and professional doctor ever, he always answers my messages, always calls to let me know the results of my tests, and is methodical about his quests to find out any type of issue and will not stop till he finds it. Sometimes in my life I have found someone or something that is very special, and Dr. Tsai is one of those times I have found a gem. His staff is just as kind and professional as he is, so all around a 5+ star rating…..
