I contacted Forever Builders Inc to find out more about the kitchen remodel services. I was contacted by a design room representative who went over all their services and invited me into their new Miramar design center. I am glad I dropped by the design center because once I was their I was greeted by friendly staff who showed me samples of their kitchen designs. They took the time to explain what options they offered and were really patient with all my questions. Drop in to their design center if you are looking for a professional and honest company who understands all your concerns that come with a kitchen remodel project.

Forever Builders helped with a kitchen and bath renovation, as well as with a room conversion and the installation of a new front door. I deliberately waited until several months after we completed all of the projects to write this review and I can confirm that I am even happier with the project now than we were a few months ago. Joseph, our project manager, in particular was wonderful and this would not have been the same experience without him. From start to finish, their project management was top-notch. The communications were timely, clear, and they managed the needs of both my husband and I, and I could tell that they always took care of their subcontractors also, which is why it seemed they could continue to work with the best craftspeople available.

One thing that really stood out was their patience. During the process, there were small decisions to make — i.e., what light fixture did we want, how did the fan on top of the stove look — what would be the right height of it, etc. These are things that we had to see IRL in order to understand what we really wanted/liked. Joseph helped us make those decisions — he offered his professional opinion and worked through our ideas/preferences also by sharing potential problems or by supporting our ideas. They never rushed us, until we started to impact schedules/timelines that would cause additional cost, and were always open to reasonable changes or adjustments — and would tell us if something was easy to change, or hard. Most importantly, they made sure we were comfortable with every decision. Their willingness to ensure that we were fully satisfied with the design and final product really set them apart.

As for the quality of their work, it’s exceptional. The craftsmanship and attention to detail are evident in every aspect of the project. We’ve been impressed not only with the aesthetic results but also with how solid and well-done everything is. I am still enjoying it at this point, months after the completion of the project.

Additionally, when we discovered a minor issue with the hot and cold water being connected backward, Forever Builders handled it with the same level of professionalism. They were quick to come back, fix the problem, and ensure everything was working perfectly. Their commitment to customer satisfaction, even after the project was completed, was truly appreciated.

We would wholeheartedly recommend Forever Builders to anyone looking for a team that prioritizes customer satisfaction and delivers excellent results. They truly exceeded our expectations!

Alex Scott was a super project manager. We were having a condo renovated before we moved in, but were living in the Bay Area. We were doing an older kitchen remodel, new vinyl flooring, some drywall work and a fresh coat of paint.
We interviewed 3 contractors and we knew the moment we met Alex that he was going to be our guy. He told us up front he was not going to be the cheapest guy and hit us up with a bunch of price changes on the base scope he bid on and was reasonable with what to expect as add-ons for unknown items. True to his word, we budgeted for unknowns and he nailed the base scope. We had add-ons along the way that he added on reasonably. He also talked us out of stuff that he said would not be worth the money.
Alex took us “shopping” to pick out the items we wanted and guided us through the buying process and worked pricing. I went against his advice in a couple areas and regretted it as those vendors were late and a pain to work with. Alex kept working with them with a smile on his face. He also negotiated with my vendors to help keep me in budget
Being 500 miles away, we needed someone who could keep us in the loop on issues, walk through solutions, detailed oriented, but most importantly trustworthy. Being a stickler for detail, Alex left no stone unturned and involved me along the way with daily project updates and photos for discussions on what he was planning.
Project turned out beautiful and way better than we expected. Can’t believe this is the same place. Especially being far away and not on the premises everyday, I was worried that there would be some items missed. Alex’s eagle eye and attention to detail did not let me down.
