Dr Williams Wane is very nice, but the office is 100% incompetent to the point of negligence. They don’t answer the phone call you back when you message them on the portal or speak to the doctor on call who promised a call back. I have bone disease and a very bad chest cold, possibly pneumonia and have been trying to reach them for over a week. Last week they caused a long scheduled major bone surgery to be cancelled and postponed due to incompetence in scheduling. If you have any serious health problems they just don’t care
Nice, really nice office. It’s quiet and everyone, from the reception desk to the medical part of things, is pleasant to be with. Going to appointments here is always a pleasure.

Eileen in the call center is extremely unkind and unwilling to help someone in need. I am sick and needed to be seen, and instead of making me an appointment, she only insist on me getting a patient portal before she’d make me an appointment. I told her that I was much too ill to go online and open up a portal, but she didn’t care. They treat people like cattle.
The PA I used to visit here, Amanda Amini, was great, but she no longer works here. After she left I visited Dr. Cohen. He and his staff just don’t have it together. My appointment was very delayed, they were unable to fill out an authorization request correctly, and they were unable to bill my insurance properly for preventive labs they issued, causing major headaches on my end. And they were painfully unresponsive while I tried to resolve these issues with them
TREMENDOUSLY rude staff. Kept me on hold (while listening to a song about being on hold) and then told me they would not provide care for my daughter. I tried to explain my frustration and they hung up on me before I could finish. Medicine is a money game, evidently, not about human care.
