I recently had the pleasure of working with the dynamic father-and-son duo, the Gus’s at Flooring creations. I am a first time home buyer and needed to redo my floors. I did my research to see who had the best flooring and came across the Gus’s. They truly lived up to every expectation. From the moment I walked in, their professionalism and knowledge stood out. Gus and his son were incredibly helpful, guiding me through the entire flooring selection process with patience and expertise.
The staff was not only communicative but also genuinely friendly, making it a joy to speak with them. They took the time to explain the various options and products in detail, my girlfriend and I had a million and a half questions and they were both so patient in all their answers. I really appreciated their transparency and willingness to answer all my questions—no matter how small.
The store offers a fantastic selection of high-quality flooring, and the personal attention I received made the experience feel tailored to my specific needs. Once again I am so happy with Gus and his team!! I had my hardwood floors and carpet done by him 18years ago and it was time for a remodel and they did not disappoint! I had new carpet in two rooms and with Gus’ help and guidance we choose Mohawk and it is perfect, soft to the touch but not too thick. The pricing was great, they do charge for coming out and measuring but is refunded on the purchase of the materials. Gus was able to recommend a very good installer and I couldn’t be happier with end result! Our new space feels incredible and we grateful to Gus and his team for making it happen!
I used Flooring Creations for my first flooring project about 3 years ago and I had such a great experience that I went back for my most recent flooring project a few weeks ago. Gus Jr was always so helpful and communicative throughout the process. The easy and timely communication was very much appreciated. They are very reliable, honest, and professional with fair prices. There’s a great selection in store as well & I’m really happy with what I chose. I definitely recommend using them for your next flooring project!
Flooring Creations was a dream to work with! After we were disappointed with the experience we had at some big box stores, we decided to try Flooring Creations. From the moment we walked into the store we knew it was going to be a great experience. Stephanie was a great help in picking out the best product for our space and she even let us bring the large showroom samples home. Shortly after our visit to the store, Gus came to our house to consult with us on product selection and to measure our space. Gus recommended a fantastic installer and we are so happy with the outcome! The whole process (product selection to installation) only took ~3 weeks, which is amazing considering other stores told us it would be months until we would get the floor installed.
2024 update: We used Flooring Creations again for a carpeting project in our guest room and they did an amazing job. They recommended a great installer and the process was quick and efficient!
