I found FETCH online after being ghosted by a couple other companies and after reading the reviews decided to get in touch with them. They were open later than everyone else which was really appealing! I submitted the form through their website and had a response within the hour. I sent them some pictures and had a date scheduled for a few days later. Daniel and his team were absolutely amazing! Polite, friendly, and professional! I love that they are a local family business! They made quick work of everything were done in about an hour. If I ever need a junk removal company again I am definitely calling them!
Daniel responded by text to my initial phone call within minutes. After informing him of what I needed picked up, he quickly gave me a quote and arranged an appointment time, all by texting. Daniel and his coworker arrived promptly at the designated time, introduced themselves, loaded up my items and informed me that they had overestimated the weight of the removed items. The final cost was $30.00 less than originally quoted! I would use them again in a flash and would recommend them without hesitation.
