4.5 stars….Could’ve been 1 star if not for Erika C. Erika handled my referrals and appointments (for several scans). She is seemingly the only one that can do it unfortunately…I spoke with someone else several times (it was a process with my doctor’s office) and the other person was not sufficient at their job unfortunately.To put it kindly. But he at least let me request Erika so I could get things handled. I don’t think I would’ve been able to get my referrals through let alone an appointment if I had to work with the man I spoke with several times.
I’m saddened they don’t have availability until weeks from now but that is typical for these things anymore. Open MRI is the plan and I’m glad they have those. I will try to make an update after my procedure in a couple weeks.
The folks at Expert MRI are amazing. I needed an MRI quickly and they were able to fit me in at 930pm. Diego at the front desk was so kind and helpful. Jessica in the back was efficient and professional. The level of customer care was amazing and I am so thankful to you for making an MRI a comfortable experience.
Horrible experience. Came in for a Arthrogram MRI, sure enough they didn’t do it correctly so there was no difference from my regular MRI. They still charged me and my insurance company. When I called them to discuss the issue, they said they would look into not charging me and get back to me… then a month later I received a collection notice from a collection company. Not ok… horrible service and an ugly way to run a business.
I am not a big fan of MRI’s, they really make me nervous. Tonight I was greeted with a wonderful receptionist who answered all of our questions with confidence. She took me to the back, where I met the techs. They were truly so kind and sweet, fully explained and demonstrated how the machine was going to work. They kept talking to me, giving me the times left and what to expect next. I truly appreciate this staff being so kind and respectful to me as this went very fast. Thank you Expert MRI company for hiring great staff and educating them to know their jobs and how to treat us patients that are in pain and may not be very good patients. Appreciate you!
I finally got my brain and spine MRI done after stressing about it every day for 6 months! Thank you to Melissa, Diego, and Jessica for being so patient, understanding, and kind with me during my visit. I have SEVERE claustrophobia and was worried I wouldn’t be able to make it through after a horrible experience at Carlsbad Imaging Center where I was told I was wasting their time. If you need an MRI and want to do the upright one I highly recommend coming to this facility, I do not know what I would have done if I had not found this place. You might be able to get an appointment where Melissa, Diego, and Jessica are all working the same shift (the imaging tech and front desk staff) Thank you so much again.
