Working with Kendall and his team from Exclusively Roofing was one of the best experiences we’ve had with a contractor. Our house needed a new roof and we wanted to make sure we got it done before the rainy season. We got quotes from five companies and not only was the quote process with Kendall pretty painless, his quote was better for a comparable statement of work. Kendall was no pressure, just explained what needed done, the options they offered, how the quote was calculated, what the quote did and did not cover, and left it in our hands. We talked about timing and he was able to get his crew on us within a week. After reviewing all the quotes we selected Exclusively Roofing and work started. I saw Kendall daily and got updates on what was done and what the plans were for the next day. He was very responsive to texts and calls throughout the job (I admit to being a worrier). Tear off was quick and the team did such a good job picking up the yard appeared cleaner than when they started. The build crew was on time every day and was attentive to our property during the entire process. Each morning I was asked by the crew “If there is anything we can do to make this better for you just let us know”. At the end of each day they did a yard clean up, stored their tools, and left the property in as good a shape as they found it. The work finished on time and they did a last check of the roof and property and a final extensive clean up. Kendall did a final review with us, reminded us of the nice warranties we had and that we had his phone number if anything came up. We would definitely recommend working with Exclusively Roofing and Kendall if your home’s roof needs attention! Attached photos are from the finished job.

Kendall and his team have done a great job on our complex’s roof. They have been very up front about costs and have stuck to the estimate. It has been really easy communicating with them and providing feedback throughout. Their quality of work is great.

We’re really happy with our new roof! We really liked that Exclusively Roofing sent a person out to physically inspect the roof before giving a quote instead of relying solely on satellite imagery. The price we were quoted was reasonable and there were no unexpected charges. We did have an unexpected delay to the project but Kendall communicated that with us hours in advance and discussed options for the revised timeline. The crew was very professional and kept things tidy while working. I was able to work from home during the entire project without any major disruptions. I would definitely recommend them to anyone needing a new roof.
