Everyone from our first contact was amazing. Bret who came out to assess and explain the process, Victor and the crew he had with him to do the work to Isaac who removed the machines and plastic. I worked in property management for almost 20 years and I know how few and far between great vendors are to find, especially when there are so many different people and steps involved. Great experience, would definitely recommend and will use in the future if needed again. (But hopefully there’s no need)
I worked with Nathan and Wendiann to set up the abatement and they were communicative and easy to work with. I was most impressed by how fast, friendly and professional the people were who came out to do the work.
Everyone at ERI was very polite and professional from start to finish. Nathan was very helpful with any questions and getting the work started quickly. Victor and his team did a great job with very efficient work. Isaac was very polite and timely in the removal of everything, and explained alot. I appreciate all the work ERI did.
