It was an excellent experience. Dylan Miranda was on time and knowledgeable and he had my issue corrected promptly. I’ll definitely use EnergyAid again if I have any other issues with my solar. They’ll be coming back to clean my panels. Cheers
Great experience! They were very upfront about the cost to check and clean my solar panels, the technician was on time, polite and even threw about 20 ancient tennis balls down that had been stuck on the roof. He explained what he did, and told me the report would be done soon. I was called the next day (after they had sent my report) to ask if I had any questions, and they explained possible options for the future. They didn’t try to upsell for put any pressure on me, they actually suggested that since the system was working OK, I could just wait until it failed to upgrade or change anything. I am very pleased with this company and their employees.
If I could give them -10 stars I would. They seem primarily interested in taking your money. 4 visits, no real work except to tell me my modem wasn’t working right. Replaced modem. Still no solution. Paid ~ $1500 and NOTHING was fixed. Modem is hard wired to battery. They refused to help me with the Tesla app.
Dylan arrived on time and quickly analyzed the situation. After further inspection, he ran into a problem with the wiring for upgrading the system. However, rather than saying he couldn’t make it work, he studied it further, and came up with a possible solution. He discussed it by phone with his Manager, who said it was a great plan and would work. Dylan then completed the installation, and the upgrade worked as it suppose to. I highly recommend Dylan.
Arrived on time and explained what would be done during the diagnostic visit. Reviewed the panels and micro inverters and envoy device. Explained what he would be reporting back to SolarAid. Professional demeanor, answered questions and was very courteous. Represented his company in a professional manner. Extremely satisfied with my Technician.
