Ate here for the first time. Nice and cozy atmosphere, great place to take someone out to for brunch or dinner. They serve different types of cocktails so something for everyone one. Ended up trying the tostada bites for appetizers. Those were good. For the entree I got the enchiladas suizas which were delicious. Very fulfilling and tasteful, especially if you like salsa Verde. Also got the fish tacos. Actual mahi mahi pieces, also delicious. Waitress was very nice and attentive on a Sunday afternoon.
The atmosphere and vibe was very fun and aesthetically pleasing. The salsa sampler that comes with the chips (and if free with your meal) were very good. The margarita was good and the service was ok. I had the fish tacos and although it had good flavor and were filling, it came out Luke warm. The fish was mahi-mahi and was extra fishy, which usually isn’t a good sign. But the flavors and ingredients tasted great together, overall. This was a social media find, but I’m not sure I’d rush back. Glad we tried it though!
But of a location is key spot for sure. I’d go here for drinks but I’d go next door to Guadalupe for food truth be told. Customer service was seemingly going to be great with our waiters say I’m here to help you I’ll take care of all your needs. After they brought the food he disappeared for about 20 minutes. Margaritas really good chicken roll tacos really good. Chicken enchiladas and chicken street tacos were very dry and boring. I’ll be back but not for the food.
Mailee was our server today and this gem was found through Tik Tok. Place is super cute in Old Town San Diego. The Entradas (appetizers) were delicious the food was bomb and the churro and ice cream dessert was yummy. Drinks are so good. Def 100% recommend, we will be coming back
Went around 12 on a Sunday. The food and drinks came out very quick and the customer service was amazing. Authentic flavors at a fair price. Fernando was our server and did a great job with recommendations and making the experience memorable. Will definitely come back.
