Nick was an exceptional technician and was really communicative and easy to understand. He gave me valuable information without trying to upsell. I highly recommend ECH Appliance Repair and will be calling them in the future if needed.
EHC did excellent, expedient work to fix our broken refrigerator. They were able to repair a broken circuit board in less than 48 hours and cleaned drain line for free! Egor was a great technician and communicated the issues and repair process very clearly. Overall, it was a great experience.
Andrew and Art from ECH did a great job installing my stacked, front load, washer and dryer in a tight space. They also installed a washer drain pan and attached it to the floor drain. They arrived on time, prepared, and were very knowledgeable and thorough. ECH provided excellent communication from start to finish. Very good quality work and their prices are fair and in line with industry standard. I would absolutely hire ECH again, and I certainly recommend them.
Had ECH come out to repair my stove this last weekend and it was done within an hour and even got discount off when I asked for it. Look these peeps are the best and easy, called last a night and they came out a day or two later no fuss! Stop looking and call them now!!!
