Everything about this company is built on excellence. We needed to replace a seal in a 1991 Litte Dipper spa. First of all, they had the part. When we ran into some problems, Jason (who has review upon review about how great his customer service is) quickly called us back. He gave us a couple of options, listened to my husband’s old school ideas and gave input, got us set up with parts, made sure they were shipped at the end of a Friday before a long weekend (without us asking) so our tub wouldn’t be down even longer. Just the chance to speak with a customer service rep who actually helps us is gold, but Jason asked for pictures and called back and gave even more support. Use this company. You will get great prices on parts and above and beyond support via calls, print outs, and video links. This is what all companies should aim to be.

I live a couple of miles from them and
needed a couple of standard seals and a cover, but was told they don’t sell to walk in customers. That really doesn’t make sense to ship a spa cover a couple of miles with added shipping costs.
Owners: please reword your description or better yet, offer walk-in sales and I’ll adjust my rating up!
Have been buying parts for over 10years from Easy Spa Parts. The knowledge and technical support is like no other vendor out there. Phil your a spa Rockstar, my lady says she’d leave me if I didn’t keep the hot tub running… so thanks for not making me single:)
You just don’t find service like this any more. Every time I have a problem I call and talk to Phil (I live across the state), and he will stay on the phone with me sometimes a half hour or more helping me to diagnose the issue so he can send the right part – more than once he’s given me a discount just to be nice. He taught me that our old 2001 D1 was actually a prototype for later models, which is why it can be hard to find the correct info online; if you’ve spent much time at local spa dealerships, they are usually very unhelpful toward people who want to do their own work (rather than hire a tech for many hundreds of dollars) so it was an absolute godsend to find Easy Spa Parts. They are a gem of a business, and I can’t recommend them enough.
