We were referred to DryHome after a mold test revealed high levels. Alex conducted an assessment and when he was finally able to get into the wall, what he saw matched his assessment results. He knows his stuff! For remediation, he was thorough in explaining each part of the process and the rationale behind each step. Fortunately, we didn’t have much mold, so he was finished in a few hours.

I have a rental property and there were water leak problems in laundry room and underneath the kitchen sink.
When I contacted Alex, his response was very quick and he removed mold and dried the damage area very professionally.
Before he started work, he explained the steps he would take to resolve the problems in detail.
All work work was completed on time and the price was very reasonable.
I couldn’t be there everyday since it’s my rental property but I could see the work progress and the results by the pictures he sent me.

I had never had an issue with mold in my home before, so I needed a knowledgeable and professional company like DryHome to guide me through the process of mold remediation and treatment. This company is extremely thorough and professional, and not only did they handle the mold problem, they helped me cut through a complex insurance claim process to help expedite my settlement. I really appreciated the support, as well as the professional service.
First off, I will note that I do not live in San Diego. My tenant noticed mold upon move in. We called Alex and he was able to come out immediately. Alex was great in communication and kept me in thee loop with everything that was going on. He sent pictures daily and let me know when other issues arose. He also helped me secure a company that would repair the drywall after he finished with the mold remediation work. His prices were very reasonable and he was able to start work immediately. Would highly recommend you give him a call and use his services.
We have had the (dubious?) honor of having Alex from Dry Home help us after three separate water leaks in our home over the last couple of years. While it would have been nice to have no leaks you start with, I can’t recommend Alex more highly. He is very knowledgeable, responds quickly and is reasonably priced. I can’t tell you how much peace of mind it has given me to have someone I trust to be able to take care of our mold problem, especially with in our kids’ bedroom! Check out his Yelp reviews.
