This review is long overdue but well deserving. We had to get our small 5-unit complex tented back in June of this year. After getting several bids, we chose Doug’s Bug Company to do the job. They did a wonderful job, as did their fumigation company (Elite). Doug was very helpful and informative, and even helped to educate me on what to look for when it comes to comparing bids (m-size of the building, for example). Kelli is also wonderful, communicative, responsive, and helpful.Perfect example – we had a minor roof/vent issue post tenting. Both Dougs’ and Elite stepped up to fix roof vent quickly, once we notified them of the situation. I ended up also using them for tenting at another one of my properties because of how great they are. Highly recommend this local company for your pest needs.
Kelly was the most helpful and accommodating customer service rep I’ve worked with in a long time. She helped with several rescheduling requests around the holidays and was always available to answer any questions or concerns. Even though we could not follow through on the project, she patiently helped me with the paperwork and communication with my tenants. Highly recommend using this company for your pest control needs!
I called several companies to give me an estimate and out of everybody. Doug was the most professional and had a very competitive rate. After everything was done, it went the way he said it was going to go, and we are very happy that we hired his company. If you’re looking to get your home fumigated or if you need help with Pest Control, I think Doug can be here man.
