Walk up to to the little side house oasis and pick yourself up the most perfect, soft, chewy texture bagel with a crispy slightly brown crust *chefs kiss*

The best bagel on the west coast – fluffy and light! The owner is killing it to bring East Coast quality here. I am really into toasted w cream cheese – i will eat this out of the bag without anything. Highly recommend !
Best bagels this side of the Mississippi. As a Jersey native, I’ve essentially stopped buying bagels whenever a travel because they are always awful, but I’m glad I gave this place a try! If you haven’t given them a try yet, I highly recommend it!
Haven’t had a good bagel in SD so wanted to try this place after seeing in on Instagram. Woke up early and drove up to try it. Got there at 8:10 just to be told that everyone there had to come back at 9:30 because of backorders. No way I was going to wait that long so I just left. If you’re not going to have preorders ready before you open not sure what you’re doing.
Cool concept , idk if they’re NY bagels but they’re more of a home made style , good but not sure if worth going out of my way for them
Social media says 7am, owner says 8am got there at 8:30 just to be told come back at 10 lol so kind of all over the place
Oh and no cream cheese schmear even tho instagram says different
