I had a late lunch, mostly a satisfying experience. I was weeknight and initially served quickly, by the brisket sandwich was a bit slow in being served. I think done some staff were on break. Good meal. The brisket sandwich was a special. Nice atmosphere. I sat at the bar. I’d certainly return. I walked to the restaurant.
The food wasn’t good as the reviews are. Everything was salty, very basic food. The pasta was simple no sauce and you could add meat ball or.. for extra cost! Pizza was very salty. Unfortunately not recommend this place.
This was the first time we dined in Davanti restaurant. We managed to get a reservation though google for the Saturday night. We got a table on the outside patio, nice spot to sip on the drink while enjoying the atmosphere of Little Italy buzzing crowds.
The service was very good, and the food is amazing. The food is authentic Italian. We had pasta and risotto, and I can say the risotto was the best I’ve ever tried.
Will definitely visit them again on the next trip to San Diego.
