Awesome 👏🏻. 1st time here. Great vibe. Playful menu item names. Top quality. I kept it classy in San Diego & went with the Classy as Cluck with a Dr. Pepper. Had plenty of spice but not overly spicy. The chicken was tender & juicy and was a lot of meat for those buns. The buns were soft, fluffy and moist. Quality cheese and the special sauce was delicious and just about perfect.
I know it’s a Korean-Soul fusion restaurant, but I had my mind set on chicken and waffles a while before I walked in. So I unfortunately can’t speak to the Korean aspect of the restaurant, but my friend said his Korean fried chicken was really good. My chicken and waffles were also really good. I’m assuming most things on the menu are really good.
Definitely get the Korean Fried Chicken. All the sauces are amazing. Best friend chicken in San Diego so far. Pro tip: don’t go with a white shirt 🤦🏻♂️ Parking was easy, staff was friendly. Atmosphere could use an upgrade but nothing bad at all.
Overall an enjoyable dining experience, but the food left a little being desired.
The French fries were my highlight – super crispy and flavorful. They were delicious, especially with the ranch suace for dipping. The popcorn chicken, tenders, and fried rice were okay. The meat could have been more tender, and the rice was too garlic or green onion-y for my tastes. The one thing I advise against ordering is a soda fountain drink! I only had one sip of my coke… there was just something wrong with it.

CS Tots were good. Cheese was not melted but if that doesn’t matter to you try it out🤝
My only complaint ( Which I will be back and try it again) the Chicken Sandwich seemed to have a small piece of chicken which did not cover the whole sandwich( last picture is the leftover bread). But don’t get me wrong that’s me being picky! The flavor was still there Not to spicy but packs good flavor which is why I will be back again 4 out of 5 for now. Maybe next time we can update to a 5 out of 5👌
